Welcome Back Roadrunners, This is Principal Marcial from Dolores Street Elementary School wishing you and your student(s) a wonderful start to the new school year! School attendance is fundamental to students' academic success. The goal of LAUSD and our school is for students' to achieve excellent attendance. We need your support to help your student be successful in school. Each day students are absent, they miss critical instructional time. Attending school daily and on time helps students feel better about school—and themselves. Help your student strive for excellent attendance this year! The first day of school is Wednesday, August 12. Line up at 7:50 a.m. Learning begins at 8:05 a.m. Thank you!
